Acorre is a multi-tenant marketplace that connects buyers with independent merchants through an AI-powered discovery layer.

• Merchants list and sell their own products; buyers browse and purchase across stores.
• Acorre provides the technology layer — search, storefronts, and payments orchestration.
• Merchants remain responsible for their listings, fulfilment, and customer obligations.

To use Acorre you must:

• Be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Register an account with accurate, current information.
• If selling, comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your products.

You are responsible for your account and credentials.

• Keep your password confidential and your contact details up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
• Acorre is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Merchants selling on Acorre agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain inventory and honor published delivery estimates.
• Handle returns, refunds, and customer support for their orders.
• Comply with applicable consumer-protection and tax laws.

When placing an order you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing and shipping information.
• Use the platform in good faith and authorize payment for your orders.
• Understand that the purchase contract is between you and the merchant, not Acorre.
• Note that guest checkout is not available — you must be signed in to complete a purchase.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt the service, scrape data at scale, or infringe the rights of others.

Acorre provides the marketplace “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
